Privacy Policy
The academy is built to need as little about you as possible: no name, no email, no password, no identity documents. Your wallet address is the account, and most of what is stored about it is the public record of payments the blockchain already holds. This policy says exactly what is kept, what is published, and what cannot be deleted.
Risk disclaimer — read this before you pay anything
Every line below describes how the academy actually works. None of it is boilerplate.
- 01The course fee is spent, not deposited. It is not an investment, a stake, a subscription you can cancel for a refund or a balance held for you, and it is not returned when your access window ends.
- 02Referral rewards are not guaranteed and can be zero. They are paid out of course fees actually paid by people you introduce, so a wallet that introduces nobody earns nothing. There is no reward for recruiting by itself.
- 03An affiliate commission is a marketing payment for an activation that actually happened, not an investment return and not a share of anybody else’s fee. Taking an affiliate link costs nothing and commits the academy to nothing beyond paying that commission: it grants no course access, no member ID, no place in the referral network and no claim on any pool, and it pays nothing at all for as long as nobody activates through the link.
- 04The affiliate commission percentage, and whether the programme runs at all, are settings the admin can change at any time. A commission is priced when the activation it belongs to is recorded, so a change never re-prices one already earned — and never entitles anybody to one that has not been.
- 05The percentages, the number of levels paid, the pass-up rule, the fee and the length of the access window are settings the admin can change at any time, and a change takes effect immediately for enrolments made after it.
- 06On-chain payments are final. A transfer sent to the wrong address, in the wrong token, or for less than the fee cannot be reversed by the academy and is normally unrecoverable.
- 07Crypto assets are volatile. BTCB, USDT and BTC24 can fall in value quickly and without warning, and nothing on this site protects you from that.
- 08BTC24 has no guaranteed value and no promised market price. No exchange listing is committed to — the listing window stated on the site is intent, not a promise, and nothing the academy does depends on it.
- 09Undistributed BTC24 supply does not automatically enter circulation when the countdown ends. It may be reserved for ecosystem purposes including exchange liquidity, and may be locked, vested or released in phases, so the circulating supply after launch is not the whole supply.
- 10Gift boxes, study rewards and collaboration claims — the Collab Coins a partner project hands out — are discretionary. They can be paused, resized, restricted, replaced, re-pointed at a different token or discontinued entirely at any time and without notice, and no amount of them is owed to anybody.
- 11Lucky Spillover is a random draw funded by new ID activations, not a reward you can work towards. Having an ID puts a member in the draw and entitles them to nothing; most members will never be drawn, a member is drawn at most once per turn and each turn after the first has to be re-qualified for by referring more members, and the share, the requirement and whether the draw runs at all can be changed or switched off at any time.
- 12Trading GPT access is a reading subscription, paid in BTC24 and spent rather than deposited. There is no refund, no buy-back and no withdrawal, the access window simply ends, and the price, the early bird, the length of the window and whether the page runs at all are settings the admin can change at any time. A direction on its table is a reading of public data and published news that can be wrong, it is not a forecast, a signal or advice, and the academy executes nothing, holds nothing and places no orders.
- 13An OTC order is an offer to another member, not a deposit and not an instruction to the academy. A trade settles in two wallet-to-wallet transfers, so one side always pays before the other releases: the academy verifies both transfers and publishes both hashes, but it holds no escrow, cannot reverse a transfer and cannot make a counterparty finish. The published price is a figure the academy sets for members trading with each other, not a valuation of BTC24 or a quote from any exchange.
- 14A Royalty Income share cannot be quoted in advance. It depends on the pool at the time a round is allocated and on how many other members reserved a place in it, so it may be smaller than you expected and it may be zero.
- 15Software and smart contracts can contain bugs, and any website can be attacked. In the event of technical failure, system error, chain congestion or a security breach, missed network commissions cannot be reversed, restored or recredited.
- 16Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The lessons, market briefs and worked examples are educational, and some of them are generated by AI models over public data and may be wrong or out of date.
- 17Referral-reward programmes are regulated differently in different countries and are unlawful in some. Check what applies where you live before enrolling and before promoting the academy to anybody else.
- 18You are responsible for your own taxes on anything you receive, and for the security of your own wallet. The academy never asks for a seed phrase or a private key and will never send you one to import.
1. What this policy covers
It covers this website and the database behind it. It does not — and cannot — cover BNB Smart Chain itself: the blockchain is a public, permanent record operated by nobody in particular, and a transaction recorded on it is outside the academy’s control forever.
2. What is collected
Only what the product cannot work without:
- Your wallet address, and the member ID and invitation code derived from it.
- The transaction hashes of payments you make and of transfers the academy sends you, together with the token, the amount and the timestamp.
- Who introduced you, and who you introduced — the referral relationship, stored as member IDs and wallet addresses.
- Your learning record: which lesson was read on which day, for each track, and the streaks that follow from it.
- Your claims and reservations: gift boxes opened, study rewards, collaboration claims, Royalty Income reservations and shares, each with its own amount and hash — and, if your wallet was ever drawn for Lucky Spillover, that draw and what it paid.
- Your Trading GPT access, if you buy or are granted it: the wallet, the amount paid and its transaction hash, when the window opened and when it ends, and whether it came from a payment or from an admin grant.
- Market place activity: cards you hold, listings, offers and completed sales, with the wallets and amounts involved.
- The name you type if you choose to be certified — and only then. Nothing else on the site asks for a name.
- A count of visits per invitation code and per affiliate link, so you can see whether your link is being opened. It is a number only; nothing about the visitor is stored.
- Your affiliate link, if you take one: the wallet it pays, the code issued for it, when it was issued, and the commissions paid through it with their amounts and hashes.
- Ordinary server and CDN logs kept by the hosting provider, including IP address, for security and to make the site work.
3. What is not collected
No email address, no phone number, no password, no identity or address documents, no bank or card details, and no private key or seed phrase — the academy has no use for any of them and never asks.
No location, either. The country flags shown around the site are decoration, picked deterministically from a wallet address: the academy never asks anybody where they live, never stores a country and never uses one for pricing, compliance or anything else. Do not read them as data.
The site sets no advertising cookies, runs no cross-site tracking and builds no profile of you for anybody.
4. Some of it is public, on purpose and permanently
Payment and reward transfers happen on a public blockchain. Anybody can read them, they cannot be edited, and they cannot be deleted by the academy, by you or by anybody else.
- The withdraw-proofs pages publish every reward, Lucky Spillover draw, gift, study reward, collaboration claim and Royalty Income share, each with the recipient’s wallet, the amount and its transaction hash. That publication is the point: it is what lets anybody check that what was promised was paid.
- The leaderboard shows member IDs, shortened wallet addresses and referral counts.
- A certificate can be verified by anybody who has its number, which reveals the name printed on it. There is deliberately no public roll of holders, so nobody can browse names.
- A market listing shows the card, its power and the holder’s wallet, because a buyer has to know who they are paying.
5. Your browser’s own storage
Two small things are kept in your browser rather than on the server: the hash of a payment that has been signed but not yet recorded, so a tab closed mid-payment does not lose it, and which announcements you have already read, so the bell is accurate. Clearing your browser storage loses only those two conveniences.
6. Who else processes it
The site uses a small number of third parties, each for one job:
- The hosting provider, which runs the site, the database and the storage holding images the admin uploads.
- Public BNB Chain RPC endpoints. Reading your membership or balance sends your wallet address to whichever endpoint answers, exactly as your own wallet does.
- AI model providers, through the hosting provider’s gateway, for the daily cyber-security lesson and the market brief. No wallet address, member record or payment data is sent to them — one lesson or brief is generated per day for everybody, from public figures and public headlines.
- Public market and news sources for the price figures and headlines. Those are fetched by the server, not by your browser, so reading the site does not expose you to them.
7. Why it is kept
To verify payments and grant the access they paid for; to compute, send and publicly prove referral rewards, gifts and shares; to keep your learning record and issue a certificate; to make sure a payment or a claim can never be processed twice; and to run the admin console. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing, and there is nobody to sell it to.
8. How long it is kept
The ledgers are the audit trail, so payment, reward, gift, claim and sale rows are kept for as long as the academy runs — deleting them would break the public proof they exist for. Learning records are kept while your wallet uses the site. On-chain records are permanent regardless of anything the academy does.
9. Security
The keys that sign outgoing transfers are encrypted at rest, are never returned to a browser, are never logged and are held only by the server that signs with them. Admin access is a wallet signature over the specific action being taken rather than a password, so there is no login to steal. Images an admin uploads have their real format checked from the file’s own bytes, and scriptable formats are refused.
No system is perfectly secure. Protect your wallet accordingly, and treat any message asking for a seed phrase, a private key or a payment to an address other than the treasury shown live on this site as an attempt to defraud you.
10. Your choices
Most of the site — the course page, the curriculum preview, the market briefing, the whitepaper, the presentation, the proofs and the leaderboard — reads without a wallet connected at all. Connecting one is what starts anything being stored about it.
You can ask for the two things that can genuinely be removed: an image an admin uploaded, and, where it has not yet been relied on, a certificate record. Anything on chain, and the public reward ledger that mirrors it, cannot be redacted by anybody. The name on an issued certificate is permanent by design — it is what makes the certificate checkable — so choose it before you submit the form.
11. Children
The academy is not for anybody under 18 and is not directed at children. No age-restricted data is knowingly collected.
12. Changes and contact
This policy can change; the current version is always the one on this page, dated at the top, and material changes are posted to the announcements feed. Questions go through the contact channel published there.
