Terms and Conditions
Crypto Learning Academy is an educational product on BNB Smart Chain. You pay a fee in your own wallet for time-limited access to a daily curriculum, and enrolments made with an invitation code pay a share of that fee to the referrer’s upline. These terms describe what you get, what you do not get, and where the risk sits.
Risk disclaimer — read this before you pay anything
Every line below describes how the academy actually works. None of it is boilerplate.
- 01The course fee is spent, not deposited. It is not an investment, a stake, a subscription you can cancel for a refund or a balance held for you, and it is not returned when your access window ends.
- 02Referral rewards are not guaranteed and can be zero. They are paid out of course fees actually paid by people you introduce, so a wallet that introduces nobody earns nothing. There is no reward for recruiting by itself.
- 03An affiliate commission is a marketing payment for an activation that actually happened, not an investment return and not a share of anybody else’s fee. Taking an affiliate link costs nothing and commits the academy to nothing beyond paying that commission: it grants no course access, no member ID, no place in the referral network and no claim on any pool, and it pays nothing at all for as long as nobody activates through the link.
- 04The affiliate commission percentage, and whether the programme runs at all, are settings the admin can change at any time. A commission is priced when the activation it belongs to is recorded, so a change never re-prices one already earned — and never entitles anybody to one that has not been.
- 05The percentages, the number of levels paid, the pass-up rule, the fee and the length of the access window are settings the admin can change at any time, and a change takes effect immediately for enrolments made after it.
- 06On-chain payments are final. A transfer sent to the wrong address, in the wrong token, or for less than the fee cannot be reversed by the academy and is normally unrecoverable.
- 07Crypto assets are volatile. BTCB, USDT and BTC24 can fall in value quickly and without warning, and nothing on this site protects you from that.
- 08BTC24 has no guaranteed value and no promised market price. No exchange listing is committed to — the listing window stated on the site is intent, not a promise, and nothing the academy does depends on it.
- 09Undistributed BTC24 supply does not automatically enter circulation when the countdown ends. It may be reserved for ecosystem purposes including exchange liquidity, and may be locked, vested or released in phases, so the circulating supply after launch is not the whole supply.
- 10Gift boxes, study rewards and collaboration claims — the Collab Coins a partner project hands out — are discretionary. They can be paused, resized, restricted, replaced, re-pointed at a different token or discontinued entirely at any time and without notice, and no amount of them is owed to anybody.
- 11Lucky Spillover is a random draw funded by new ID activations, not a reward you can work towards. Having an ID puts a member in the draw and entitles them to nothing; most members will never be drawn, a member is drawn at most once per turn and each turn after the first has to be re-qualified for by referring more members, and the share, the requirement and whether the draw runs at all can be changed or switched off at any time.
- 12Trading GPT access is a reading subscription, paid in BTC24 and spent rather than deposited. There is no refund, no buy-back and no withdrawal, the access window simply ends, and the price, the early bird, the length of the window and whether the page runs at all are settings the admin can change at any time. A direction on its table is a reading of public data and published news that can be wrong, it is not a forecast, a signal or advice, and the academy executes nothing, holds nothing and places no orders.
- 13An OTC order is an offer to another member, not a deposit and not an instruction to the academy. A trade settles in two wallet-to-wallet transfers, so one side always pays before the other releases: the academy verifies both transfers and publishes both hashes, but it holds no escrow, cannot reverse a transfer and cannot make a counterparty finish. The published price is a figure the academy sets for members trading with each other, not a valuation of BTC24 or a quote from any exchange.
- 14A Royalty Income share cannot be quoted in advance. It depends on the pool at the time a round is allocated and on how many other members reserved a place in it, so it may be smaller than you expected and it may be zero.
- 15Software and smart contracts can contain bugs, and any website can be attacked. In the event of technical failure, system error, chain congestion or a security breach, missed network commissions cannot be reversed, restored or recredited.
- 16Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The lessons, market briefs and worked examples are educational, and some of them are generated by AI models over public data and may be wrong or out of date.
- 17Referral-reward programmes are regulated differently in different countries and are unlawful in some. Check what applies where you live before enrolling and before promoting the academy to anybody else.
- 18You are responsible for your own taxes on anything you receive, and for the security of your own wallet. The academy never asks for a seed phrase or a private key and will never send you one to import.
1. What this is, and what it is not
The academy sells access to a course: a daily crypto curriculum, a second daily cyber-security track for members holding a VIP Gift Card, live market briefings, and a completion certificate. That is the product. Trading GPT — the paid market-reading page — is sold separately, in BTC24, and the course fee does not buy it; section 14 covers it on its own.
It is not a fund, a broker, a bank, an exchange, a savings scheme, a security or a collective investment. The academy never takes custody of your assets, never holds a balance for you and never trades on your behalf. No return is offered on the fee you pay and none is implied anywhere on the site.
2. Your wallet is yours
There are no accounts, no passwords and no sign-up. Your wallet address is your identity here: reading the site needs no wallet at all, and everything that writes is authorised either by a transaction you send or by a free message signature you approve.
You are responsible for your own keys, for what you approve in your wallet and for checking the address and amount before you confirm anything. The academy cannot recover a lost key, cannot reverse a transaction you signed and will never ask you for a seed phrase or a private key.
3. Enrolment, the fee and access
You enrol by sending the fee, in the settlement token shown live on the course page, from your own wallet. Membership is granted only after that transfer has been re-read from a public BNB Chain endpoint and found to match — the server can agree with the chain, it cannot invent a payment. A payment that never confirms grants nothing, and a payment whose recording failed can be finished later with the same transaction hash without paying twice.
Access lasts for the window shown on the course page at the time you pay, and renewal is offered on the membership page. When a window ends the curriculum locks; whether a lapsed member still earns referral rewards is a setting shown live on the pages that mention it. Any free trial is granted at the admin’s discretion, carries no referral rewards and can be ended at any time.
The fee is not refundable. It is consumed by the split the moment it lands: part of it is carved off to the Royalty Income pool, part is paid out to the upline of the code you enrolled with — or, on a pass-up sale, to a single beneficiary — part is transferred to one member drawn at random when the fee activates a new ID, and the remainder is retained by the treasury.
4. Referral rewards
Every member gets an invitation code. When somebody enrols or renews with your code, a share of their fee is paid to you, and smaller shares to the members above you, to the depth the admin has configured. Every one of those transfers is published with its own transaction hash on the withdraw-proofs page, so what was paid is checkable by anybody.
Rewards are queued the moment a payment is verified and broadcast immediately, in the same request wherever the network allows it. A transfer that an endpoint refuses stays in the queue and is retried automatically; a queued reward is priced when it is recorded, so a retry re-broadcasts and never re-prices.
Rewards are not a return on the fee you paid. They are not guaranteed, are not a salary and can be zero indefinitely. They depend entirely on other people choosing to pay for the course, and nobody at the academy can promise that anybody will. Where a technical failure, an RPC outage, a chain reorganisation or a security incident causes a commission to be missed, it cannot be reversed, restored or recredited.
5. Lucky Spillover
Every fee that activates a new member ID also funds a draw. A percentage of it — shown live on the pages that mention the draw — is transferred to one member picked at random from across the academy. It comes out of what the treasury would otherwise have retained, or out of the beneficiary’s bonus on a pass-up sale, so nobody pays more because of it, no referral level is reduced by it, and the member who was drawn pays nothing for it and does nothing to trigger it. A renewal fee funds no draw.
It is a draw, not a reward. Having an ID puts a wallet in the draw for its first spillover and entitles it to nothing: every activation across the academy is one chance shared by everybody in the draw, and most members will never be drawn. A wallet is drawn at most once per turn, and each turn after the first is only re-entered once that wallet has referred the number of further members the live pages state. A draw is never counted as referral earnings — it does not move a leaderboard position, a VIP Gift Card’s power or any window that reads what your network has paid you.
The share, the referral requirement between draws and whether the draw runs at all are settings the admin can change or switch off at any time, and the live pages are the authority on all three. A draw is priced when the activation that funded it is recorded, so a later change never re-prices one already made and never creates one that was not. Every draw is published with its own transaction hash on the withdraw-proofs page; where no member qualified, the share stays with the treasury and the ledger says so.
6. The Affiliate Programme
The Affiliate Programme is separate from the referral network above, and the difference is the point of it. Anybody with a BNB Chain wallet can take an affiliate link — there is no fee for it, no signature, no member ID and no requirement to have bought the course or activated anything. When somebody activates through that link, one flat percentage of the fee they paid is transferred to the affiliate’s wallet, once that payment has been re-read from the chain, and every one of those transfers is published with its own transaction hash on the withdraw-proofs page.
That flat percentage is the whole of it. An affiliate is paid for the activation they introduced and for nothing else: there is no second level, no team income, no pass-up and no standing of any kind. Somebody who activates through an affiliate link is recorded with no sponsor, so they are never placed underneath the affiliate, and an affiliate link and an invitation code are never both applied to one activation. An activation belongs to one programme or the other.
Taking a link makes you an affiliate and nothing more. It is not membership: it grants no course access, no member ID, no place in the referral network, no gift box, no study reward, no collaboration claim and no claim on the Royalty Income pool. The commission is a marketing payment, not an investment return, not a yield and not a share of anybody else’s fee, and it is zero for as long as nobody activates through your link — which nobody is obliged to do.
The percentage, and whether new links are issued at all, are settings the admin can change or pause at any time; the live page is the authority on both. A commission is priced when the activation it belongs to is recorded, so it is never re-priced against a later setting, and pausing the programme neither cancels a commission already earned nor creates one that has not been. Where a technical failure, an RPC outage, a chain reorganisation or a security incident causes a commission to be missed, it cannot be reversed, restored or recredited — the same position that applies to a referral reward.
7. Royalty Income
A percentage of every activation and renewal fee is carved off to a pool before the referral levels are paid. The admin then runs rounds: a window with two referral targets, which members who reach them inside that window can reserve a place in.
A reservation is a place, not an amount. Nothing is owed until a round is allocated, at which point the pool is divided between the members who reserved and each share is fixed on its own ledger row. A share therefore cannot be quoted in advance, depends on how many others reserved, and may be zero if the pool is empty. Where the admin opens a claim window instead of sending shares directly, a share not claimed inside that window is not sent.
8. BTC24, gift boxes, study rewards and collaborations
The BTC24 gift box, the cyber-security study reward and the collaboration claim all hand out tokens from the academy’s own balance. You send no transaction and pay no gas for them, and you pay nothing for them either — they are gifts, not a share of anybody’s fee, and no course fee funds them.
Because they are gifts they are entirely discretionary. Amounts, cooldowns, who qualifies, which token is sent and whether a channel runs at all are settings, and they can be changed, paused or ended without notice. No quantity of BTC24 or of a partner token is owed to anybody, and holding either is not a claim on the academy or on any income.
BTC24 has no promised price and no committed exchange listing. Where the site states a listing window, it says plainly that it is intent rather than a commitment, and nothing else on the site depends on it. A collaboration is a partner project the academy writes up; the academy does not vouch for it, has not audited it and is not responsible for it.
9. BTC24 supply after the countdown: locking and vesting
Upon completion of the 444-day countdown, any remaining undistributed BTC24 supply does not automatically enter into circulation.
Such remaining tokens may be reserved and used for legitimate ecosystem purposes, including but not limited to marketing, strategic partnerships, community development, platform expansion, ecosystem incentives, future growth initiatives and exchange liquidity requirements.
Where required, a portion of the remaining undistributed supply may be allocated to support centralised or decentralised exchange liquidity, market operations, liquidity pools, trading infrastructure or other exchange-related requirements.
Any reserved tokens may be subject to locking periods, vesting schedules, phased release mechanisms, allocation limits or other distribution controls determined by the project.
Accordingly, those tokens do not necessarily become part of the circulating supply immediately after launch or upon completion of the countdown. They may instead be released gradually in accordance with ecosystem requirements, liquidity needs, applicable policies and relevant legal or regulatory considerations.
Reserving supply for those purposes is not a team, founder, adviser or presale allocation, and it does not change the distribution the whitepaper publishes: no allocation is held for anybody working on the academy, and every token that has actually been handed out was handed out to members, each transfer carrying its own transaction hash on the withdraw-proofs page.
None of this is a commitment to a listing, a price, a release date or a quantity, and nothing else on the site waits for the countdown to end: the gift boxes, the study rewards and the collaboration claims pay on their own schedules today, and the clock reaching zero changes none of them.
10. Collab Coins
Collab Coins are the partner tokens handed out on the Collaboration page. They are promotional, collaborative, incentive-based or ecosystem-supporting rewards and features, and they must not be treated as a guaranteed or permanent benefit of paying the course fee or of anything else on this site.
The project reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, restrict, replace or discontinue Collab Coins — their distribution mechanism, eligibility criteria, utility, rewards or any associated feature — at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Do not make financial decisions based solely on the continued availability, distribution or future utility of Collab Coins. A claim already sent keeps the token and the amount it was sent with and is published with its own transaction hash, but nothing about it entitles anybody to another one.
11. The VIP Gift Card and the market place
The VIP Gift Card is a badge. An enrolled member claims one from their own wallet for gas alone, and the power rating printed on it is scored from their referral network. Power is standing, not a claim on income, and it carries no earnings with it. Holding a card unlocks the cyber-security track and makes a gift box bigger; it entitles you to nothing else.
On the market place, members trade cards with each other. The buyer pays the seller’s wallet directly in USDT or BTCB and the academy takes no fee, no cut and no escrow — it is not a party to the trade and cannot refund, reverse or mediate one. Listing, re-pricing, cancelling and answering an offer are website actions authorised by a free signature; they are not transactions and cost no gas.
The handover is a record change on this website: the card’s holder is updated here, and no ERC-721 transfer takes place. An admin offer is a price somebody is willing to pay, not a payment — nothing moves until that wallet actually pays the seller on chain.
12. The certificate
Finishing the daily crypto curriculum lets you issue a certificate, free and with no transaction. It records that the lessons were read on this site. It is not a financial, professional or academic qualification, it is not accredited by anybody, and it carries no reward or entitlement.
What is printed on it is frozen when it is issued — the name you typed, the certificate number and the date. There is no edit path and no rename, so read the confirmation before you submit. Anybody holding the number can verify it; there is no public list of holders.
13. Course content and third-party information
The lessons, the daily market brief, the price band and the news items are educational and informational. Some of that content is generated by AI models over publicly available data, and the market figures and headlines come from third-party sources the academy does not control. It can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong.
None of it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and none of it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Verify anything that matters with the publisher it is credited to, and take your own advice before acting.
14. Trading GPT
Trading GPT is a separate, optional product sold on its own: you pay in BTC24, from your own wallet, and that payment buys a reading window of a fixed number of days. Nothing is granted until the transfer has been re-read from the chain, and paying again while a window is still open adds another window to the end of it rather than starting a second one. The price, the early bird price and the length of the window are settings the admin can change at any time, and the page is the authority on what they are right now.
What it buys is commentary, and only commentary. The market table gives a direction for each instrument, the ‘Why?’ button shows the bullets and the published sources that direction was built from, and the Daily Trading Journey teaches terminology, chart and candle reading, patterns, strategies and what is happening in trading. All of it is educational market commentary. None of it is financial, investment, trading or tax advice, none of it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and none of it is a signal service.
A direction is a reading of public figures and published news at the moment it was written, cached once a day so it does not change under you on a refresh. It can be wrong, it is often wrong, and it is not a forecast, a guarantee or a probability. Some of it is written by AI models over that public data, and the news it cites belongs to publishers the academy does not control; verify anything that matters with the publisher it is credited to.
- The BTC24 you pay is spent, not deposited. There is no refund, no buy-back, no withdrawal and no cancellation — the window runs and then it ends.
- Access is a reading subscription and nothing else. It grants no membership, no course access, no referral reward, no token allocation and no share of anything the academy earns, and a course membership does not grant it either.
- The academy executes no trades, holds no client funds, takes custody of nothing and acts as nobody’s broker. Every market named on that page is traded somewhere else entirely, and nothing on it can place an order.
- Trading and investing can lose money, including all of it, and leveraged products can lose more than was put in. Decide for yourself, size for what you can afford to lose, and check the rules that apply where you live.
- The admin may grant access without payment — to themselves for operating the page, or to anybody else — and may withdraw a granted window. A window you paid for is not withdrawn: the days were the whole of what the payment bought.
- The page can be paused, re-priced, re-pointed at a different token, changed or discontinued at any time and without notice. A window already open keeps the days it was sold.
15. The OTC Market
The OTC Market is a board where members offer to buy or sell BTC24 to each other at the price the academy publishes. Placing an order is an offer to other members, not an instruction to the academy and not a deposit: nothing is taken from your wallet when you place one, nothing is held for you while it sits on the board, and cancelling one costs nothing. The published price, the minimum order size, how much a wallet has to hold before it may place an order, how many orders are tradable at a time and whether the board runs at all are settings the admin can change at any time, and the page is the authority on what they are right now.
The academy is not a party to a trade. It takes no fee, no cut and no escrow, and it never holds either side’s tokens at any point. A trade settles in two ordinary wallet-to-wallet transfers: the buyer sends the USDT straight to the seller, and the seller then sends the BTC24 straight to the buyer. Each of those transfers is signed by the wallet that owns what is moving and is re-read from BNB Chain before the trade advances, so neither side has to trust the other’s word or the academy’s. Nothing the academy does can make either transfer happen by itself.
Everything else on the page — placing an order, cancelling it, accepting an offer, approving a match and declining one — is a website action authorised by a free signature. None of those is a transaction, none of them costs gas and none of them moves a token.
- The academy cannot reverse a transfer, recover tokens sent to the wrong address or in the wrong token, or make a counterparty finish a trade they have walked away from. A trade that is not completed inside two hours lapses and the order returns to the board.
- A matched trade can leave the buyer having paid before the seller has released. That is the risk you take by trading with another member: the academy verifies both transfers and publishes both hashes, and that is the whole of its part.
- An order carries the price and the quantity it was written at. Publishing a new price does not re-price an order already on the board, and neither side ever names a price of their own.
- Only the first few orders on each side are tradable at once; the rest are queued in the order they were written and move up automatically. A queue position is not a reservation, entitles you to nothing and can be removed by the admin while it is still open.
- BTC24 is not a currency, has no guaranteed value and carries no promise of a market price. The price on this board is a figure the academy publishes for members trading with each other; it is not a valuation, not a quote from any exchange and not a commitment to buy or sell anything.
- The board can be paused, re-priced, re-floored or discontinued at any time and without notice. Trades already settled are unaffected — they happened between two wallets on chain.
16. How you may talk about the academy
If you share your invitation code or an affiliate link, you are describing an educational product with a referral programme, and you must describe it accurately. The rules below apply to both, and they apply to an affiliate exactly as they apply to a member — being paid to promote the academy is not permission to promote it inaccurately, and the academy may refuse to issue or honour a link used to do so.
- Do not promise, guarantee or project income, returns, profits or a “passive income”, and do not present the fee as an investment or a deposit. A commission is not earnings until somebody has actually activated.
- Do not state a percentage, a fee or an access window as fixed — they are settings, and the live pages are the authority.
- Do not claim any endorsement, partnership, licence or regulatory approval the academy does not have, and do not speak on the academy’s behalf.
- Do not spam, buy traffic that misrepresents the product, target minors, or promote the programme anywhere it is unlawful.
- Do not attempt to game the referral network or an affiliate link with wallets you control — activating through your own link pays no commission — and do not attack, overload or probe the site or its endpoints.
- Do not offer to pay somebody’s fee for them, split a commission with them, or otherwise rebate part of the fee as an inducement, and never ask anybody for a seed phrase or a private key.
17. Eligibility and your own law
You must be at least 18 and legally able to hold and transfer crypto assets where you live. Referral-reward programmes are treated very differently between jurisdictions and are prohibited in some; deciding whether you may enrol, and whether you may promote the academy to others, is your responsibility, not the academy’s. You are also responsible for reporting and paying any tax on what you receive.
18. Availability, changes and technical failure
The site depends on BNB Chain, on public RPC endpoints, on a hosting provider and on third-party data feeds, none of which the academy controls. No uptime is guaranteed, features can be paused, and an upstream outage is a normal state the pages are built to report rather than a breach of these terms.
The fee, the access window, the referral percentages and depth, the pass-up rule, the carve-out, the Lucky Spillover draw and every gift amount are settings that can be changed at any time. A change applies to what happens after it; rows already recorded keep the token, amount and level they were recorded with, and are never re-priced against a later setting.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law where you live allows, the academy is not liable for lost or missed commissions, lost profits, the price movement of any token, gas spent, a transaction you signed, a wallet or key compromise on your side, a chain reorganisation, or the failure of any third-party endpoint, provider or partner project. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited, in aggregate, to the fee you paid for your current access window.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.
20. Changes to these terms
These terms can change. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it. Material changes are also posted to the announcements feed.
21. Contact
Questions about these terms go through the contact channel published in the announcements feed. The academy has no other support channel, and nobody legitimately acting for it will ever message you asking for a seed phrase, a private key or a payment to an address that is not the treasury shown live on this site.
